Orders & Subscriptions

Q. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Simply go to the "Order Now" section, Choose your Meal Pack & Calorie Plan along with your subscripton plan and checkout it's that easy!

Q. CAN I SUBSCRIBE TO GET MEALS EVERY WEEK?

Yes - We offer a 4-week subscription option, You'll get meals automatically each week without reordering.

Q. WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

You can choose from three flexible options:

  • One-off payment for 1 week
  • Weekly subscription - pay as you go/charged weekly
  • 4-week subscription - pay upfront for 4 weeks of meals

You can select your preferred payment type at checkout.

Q. CAN I PAUSE OR CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Absolutely! You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard - No hassle, No hidden fees!

Delivery & Collection

Q. WHEN DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver locally every Sunday and Wednesday.

Q. WHATS THE CUT-OFF TIME TO ORDER?

Order by FRIDAY 8PM to receive meals the following week.

Q. DO YOU OFFER NATIONWIDE DELIVERY?

Not yet - we're currently local only, But we're working on expanding soon.

Q. CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER INSTEAD OF HAVING IT DELIVERED?

Yes - Choose "Collection" at checkout and we'll arrange your pickup time.

Meals & Menu

Q. DO I GET TO CHOOSE THE MEALS?

All meals are Chefs choice and rotate weekly - But we take allergens seriously, so you can leave notes at checkout and we'll work with you!

Q. ARE SNACKS INCLUDED?

Yes - Snacks are includes in calorie plans 1500 and up. each plan shows exactly what's included.

Q. IS THE MENU THE SAME EVERY WEEK?

Nope! We rotate the menu weekly to keep it fresh and exiting.

Allergens & Dietary Needs

Q. WHAT IF I HAVE ALLERGIES?

We can adapt your meals to suit common allergens - just leave a note when checking out and we'll take care of it.

Q. DO YOU CATER FOR DIETRY REQUIREMENTS?

We cater for Halal meals & Vegetarians and can make allergen adjustment where possible. just leave a note at checkout
